Rates and Cancellation Policy 

$7900 per month (no tax required)

To secure a reservation, a partial rent payment (33%) is due within Ten Days of making the reservation.  Final rent payment is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

A refundable security deposit of $1000 and a cleaning fee of $300 is required with the final rent payment.

A full refund will be provided if notice is received by the owners at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A Rental Agreement will be prepared for your stay which describes the conditions under which the house is being rented.
